From a young age, I've had a passion for sports and fitness. Whether it was competing in school sports or hitting the pavement for a run, staying active has always been a big part of my life. Over the years, this passion evolved into a career dedicated to helping others discover the joy and benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
After university, I delved deeper into the world of fitness, joining a rugby team and conquering two marathons along the way. But it wasn't until lockdown that I decided to turn my passion into a profession. Using my spare time wisely, I earned several qualifications including a Level 3 certificate in personal training, a Level 3 award in pre and postnatal training, becoming a certified nutrition coach, and attaining a Level 1 CrossFit certification.
With experience coaching in gym environments and as a former CrossFit Kids coach, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. I have a particular fondness for weightlifting and functional fitness, and specialise in helping beginners kickstart their fitness journey.
